Jerry Poteet, assisted by Fran Joseph and Octavio Quintero, did a fantastic job covering various aspects of Bruce Lee's Martial Art! Saturday consisted of JKD's structure, Proper Hitting Mechanics, Visual Awareness then progressively worked on Advanced Bridging for close quarter combat! Sunday led to power punching & kicking, Energy Drills with Applications and learning how to cut someones speed in half! All participants thoroughly enjoyed this past weekend and can't wait for the next event! This was truely a memorable Jeet Kune Do experience!
